Minimising costs
Orchard has developed a range of support services that give you the peace of mind you're after without the costs you might expect.
Our flexible support contracts mean you can bulk buy a number of hours on your contract or simply pay as you go. What's more, our remote desktop support cuts costs by minimising site visits and enables us to react faster to any problem.
Pay as you go. You pay £1.00 per minute for us to log onto and examine your PC or server remotely. If it can't be fixed within 30 minutes we'll call you back free of charge for the next 30 minutes. Of course, if the situation demands a site visit we can provide that too - quickly and efficiently.
Prepayment. You can pre-pay by credit card or PayPal. This gives you a fixed cost every month and we provide a regular full report on the support provided.
Whatever support you choose, if we can't fix the problem we won't charge you a penny - unless there is extra hardware required which you decide not to buy.
