You can pay for support on your terms
Pay as you go
On any call the first 30 minutes are £2.00 per minute, and the second 30 minutes are free.
If we need to come on-site we charge £75.00 per hour, and you will need to prepay at least two hours for us to deploy someone to the site.
We have devised a pre-payment plan so you can pay for support as you need it.
Here are the Pay as you go options:
• You can pay by PayPal online
• By credit card online
• By phone to our head office, if you don't want to enter your details online.
If you do not use all of your paid time on the first call, we will leave this on your account and you will be emailed a ticket to tell you how many minutes you have left.
If you have a medium sized office you may want to pre-purchase support for your staff in advance so they can call as required. Our system will email you as the support is used and tell you who has used it.
We have remote software that enables us to connect direct to your system for immediate support; you will be able to see what we are doing for your own peace of mind.
Payment by Account
If you feel you will need a higher level of support we can create an account for you so you can pay monthly by invoice and even have a service level agreement (SLA) so you will have a guaranteed level of support.
We have many years of experience in supporting larger companies, by either taking over their complete systems or working with their permanent support staff to support remote offices. We work very well with IT managers and always follow company policy to the letter.
